From a new idea to a branded research range.
Launch a new research brand or extend an existing laboratory range. Wholesale Lab Peptides offers OEM and private-label project support, bringing brand development, product presentation and supply planning into one conversation.
We can work from your existing artwork or help develop the identity from the beginning: name direction, logo, colour palette, labels, stickers, vial presentation and packaging. The scope, material availability and production arrangements are agreed around your brief.
Request an OEM project quote01 / Give your brand a consistent identity.
Logo & visual identity
Logo development, colour palette, typography and a consistent visual direction for your research range.
New or existing brands
Develop a new brand from your brief or adapt the packaging system to artwork and guidelines you already own.
Range architecture
Consistent naming, label hierarchy and visual organisation across product names, quantities and pack options.
Artwork deliverables
Agree the editable files, print-ready artwork, logo formats and usage rights included in your project.
Tell us your target research audience, preferred style and any existing brand assets. The quotation will define concepts, revision rounds, deliverables and ownership or licensing arrangements. Brand and trademark clearance remain subject to the checks appropriate to your market.
02 / Bring the identity onto the product.
Create a coherent presentation across branded vials, product labels and supporting stickers. Agree the container and pack options appropriate to the proposed research material before production.
- Branded vial labels with a clear product and quantity hierarchy.
- Label dimensions, material and finish matched to the selected container and agreed storage conditions.
- Brand stickers, seals and secondary pack labels where included in the project.
- Batch or lot identifiers and other agreed traceability fields.
- Research-use, handling and storage information relevant to the material and market.
- Barcode or QR layouts when the identifier, destination and data are supplied and approved.
Compatibility, adhesion and readability should be checked for the intended storage and handling conditions. Specific container, cap, seal and finish options are subject to confirmation. Branded presentation does not imply sterile processing or clinical suitability.
03 / Carry the brand through the whole pack.
Outer packaging
Carton artwork, outer labels, product identifiers and consistent design across the agreed pack sizes.
Inserts & printed materials
Research handling information, product reference cards and brand materials within the approved scope.
Multi-product packs
Plan the presentation, pack contents and identifiers for an agreed research range or laboratory order.
Dispatch presentation
Coordinate product protection, outer shipping labels and packing arrangements for the agreed destination.
Printed claims, safety statements and market-specific requirements must be reviewed before approval. Regulatory marks, certification logos, purity results and third-party names are included only when appropriate rights and supporting evidence are supplied and verified.
04 / Keep your brand connected to its batch.
Private labelling changes the presentation, not the underlying identity or analytical evidence. Your product identifiers and batch references should remain connected to the original material records.
- Confirm the research material, specification and quantity for each proposed product.
- Agree the batch-specific COA and analytical documentation required for supply.
- Keep label information consistent with the agreed product and batch records.
- Identify the issuing laboratory and any accreditation scope where relevant.
- Confirm who supplies and reviews the safety, handling and storage information.
A private-label COA or branded summary must not obscure the original testing source or misrepresent test results. No certification or regulator approval is created by adding your brand. See our certificates and laboratory testing guide.
A coordinated process with clear approval points.
- Brief and feasibility. Share your brand, research materials, quantities, destination and launch priorities. Confirm the products and services that can be supplied.
- Scope and quotation. Agree minimum quantities, design and setup work, unit prices, packaging, documents and estimated timing.
- Brand and artwork. Develop or adapt the identity, label and packaging files within the agreed revision scope.
- Review and approval. Check spelling, identifiers, quantities, batch fields, dimensions, warnings and claims. Approve final artwork and any agreed sample or proof in writing.
- Production coordination. Proceed against the approved specification and agreed milestones. Material changes require a written update.
- Final checks and dispatch. Confirm order contents, batch references, documents and the applicable local warehouse arrangements.
Digital proofs show layout and content; colour and material appearance can differ in print. If physical samples or colour-critical approvals are required, include them in the scope before production.
Plan the first order and the one after it.
Discuss domestic fulfilment for the USA, Canada and Australia through the relevant warehouse, with Hong Kong available for local enquiries. Confirm where branding and packing will take place, and when completed stock will be available domestically.
An overseas shipment will not be substituted for a locally quoted order. Quote lead times may include artwork approval, material sourcing, printing, packing and domestic stock preparation; no universal turnaround is advertised.
For repeat orders, keep the approved artwork version, product specification and reorder reference together. Review changes to labels, quantities or packaging before the next run. Reserved stock, scheduled releases or storage arrangements require a separate written agreement.
Agree the commercial details before production.
Your OEM quote should separate any design work, setup charges, materials, printing, packing, product costs and delivery charges. It should also state minimum quantities, payment stages, approved deliverables, revision limits and estimated milestones.
Artwork ownership, fonts, stock assets, supplied trademarks and file handover must be addressed in the project agreement. Provide only assets that you have the right to use.
Changes after approval may affect price, materials and timing; confirm them in writing before work continues. Any cancellation conditions for custom work must be disclosed before acceptance. Approved artwork does not remove applicable rights for production defects or goods that fail to meet the agreed specification.

Tell us what you want your brand to become.
Send your business name, target market, proposed research products, initial quantities and target timing. Let us know whether you need a new logo or already have artwork, and select the services you want included.
We will confirm feasibility, the available options and a project-specific quote. Minimum order quantities, purity specifications, accreditation claims and lead times are never assumed.
